This is so neat- thanks to FatChance for introducing me to it.
The sand sculpture from the race. There were so many more great costumes but I won’t post any more for now because I don’t want to blow up the dashboard when the photos of your trick-or-treaters promise to be much cuter than mine.
As Seen on TV- I didn’t get the whole group into the shot. We are missing Billy Mays, you can slightly see the Slap Chop Lady to the right, the Snuggie Lady is hiding behind the Tool guy and there was one other member of the group.
That Blue Guy from Avatar- I guess you can tell I never saw the movie.
His was a cool costume because it appeared to be either latex or painted on to him.
It has been forever since I posted anything. I got to go with a friend to the Wicked 10K race at Virginia Beach this weekend. The picture taking opportunities were amazing as almost everyone runs in costume. Sorry for the abundance of race photos but they were just so fun.
In case the picture isn’t enough of an explanation- I give you the Three Blind Mice!

Elijah was preparing for the Monster Truck Extravaganza he was having for his 5th Birthday. The new pool float quickly became “Grave Digger”. I am not sure that we will get to use it as a float anymore. I think it is permanently a Monster Truck.
MY COMPUTER IS FIXED!!!!
After a month with no computer, I finally got mine back yesterday. I have been missing reading posts so much. I feel like I am out of touch with the world. I can’t Tumbl at work. I am looking forward to catching up on what everyone has been up to almost as much as i am looking forward to posting new photos. (If I could only have some time to go take them.)
We went to the beach a few weekends ago and my honorary nephew was so excited to only have to use his swimmies instead of his life jacket. He was having fun surfing on his boogie board. Got to love 5 year olds.
My sister is here in Krabi, Thiland right now. I am unbelievably jealous that she gets to go here on vacation, but at the same time so happy that she has had this opportunity. She will be home from Japan in 7 short weeks and I can’t wait to see her.

Song of the Day: Begin- The Wailin’ Jennys
I got to babysit this past weekend for some friends so they could go out of town. Elijah is the most angelic child (4 1/2) I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. All he wanted to do on Saturday is watch Scooby-Doo and cuddle in bed and on Sunday when I was going to make French Toast for breakfast he decided that he wanted something “healtsy- a jelly sandwich and an apple.” I think that I had the best Valentine ever.
